Danny: “You remind me of my sister.”
[laughter]
Ava: “Does your mother lead your sister around on a leash often?”
Danny: “We have a very interesting family.”

John Paul: “I just want to roll you up.. and… and… put you somewhere.”
Ava: “…What? …And where?”
John Paul: “It’s a movie. Something about brothers-in-law. The girl goes, ‘I want to roll you up and put you in my vagina.’ But I thought saying that would be weird.”
Ava: “Yeah, it’s still weird.”

Alex: “I like your tattoos. They’re very tasteful.”
[a few minutes of conversation pass]
Alex: “I like your hair. It’s very tasteful.”
Ava: “I think you are the only man to walk in here and compliment a stripper on being tasteful.”

[Editor’s notes: While I am a classy lady, the hair comments—both Danny and Alex’s—are funny because the left half of my head is shaved and the other side is an A-line chin bob. How that’s tasteful, or like anyone’s mum, I’d be interested to learn.]
